Venom 3 is Officially Titled "The Last Dance"
The upcoming Venom 3 movie has been officially titled "The Last Dance," according to Sony Pictures CEO Tom Rothman. The title suggests that this will be the final solo film for the popular Marvel character.
The news comes as a surprise to many fans, as Venom has been a successful franchise for Sony. The first two films, released in 2018 and 2021, grossed over $1.3 billion worldwide. However, Rothman's comments seem to indicate that the studio is ready to move on from the character.
Venom 3 is set to be released on October 25, 2024. It will star Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom, Michelle Williams as Anne Weying, and Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady/Carnage.
